Performance Feast

As artists, we believe that a powerful and truly engaging performance can inspire people, build communities, and connect humanity. Performance Feast was a 12-week educational web series sponsored by Great Northern Union Chorus and hosted by Artistic Director Mo Field, and guest co-hosted by a series of performing artists from Minnesota and beyond.

The series gathered musical leaders and artists from a diverse range of singing ensembles and community arts groups to witness and discuss high level artistic performances that are thrilling, engaging, moving and enriching. Participants did a deep dive on each performance, reflecting on the nuance, skill and impact of each work. Through this shared experience we aimed to inspire artists to consider how their own artistic skills might be advanced to better connect their own performances to humanity.
